Blind Radar is designed with privacy at its core. We don't collect, store, or share any personal data or camera footage. All processing happens entirely on your device.
1. Information We Don't Collect
Blind Radar is built with a privacy-first approach. We do NOT:
- Store or save any photos or videos from your camera
- Upload any data to external servers
- Track your location or movements
- Collect personal identification information
- Share any data with third parties
- Use analytics or tracking tools
2. How Blind Radar Works
Blind Radar uses your device's camera and AR capabilities to detect obstacles in real-time. All processing occurs locally on your iPhone using Apple's ARKit framework. The camera feed is analyzed in real-time and immediately discarded - no images or videos are ever saved or transmitted.
2.1 Camera Access
We request camera permission solely to:
- Detect obstacles and measure distances using AR technology
- Provide real-time navigation assistance
- Generate alerts based on your surroundings
2.2 Motion & Fitness Access
We request motion permission to:
- Detect when you're walking to adjust alert timing
- Optimize battery usage when stationary
- Provide more accurate warnings based on movement speed
3. Data Processing
All data processing happens exclusively on your device:
- Real-time Analysis: Camera frames are analyzed instantly and discarded
- No Cloud Processing: We don't use any cloud services or external APIs
- No Data Retention: No information about detected objects is stored
- Settings Storage: Only your app preferences (sound theme, volume, etc.) are saved locally on your device
4. Third-Party Services
4.1 Apple Services
Blind Radar uses the following Apple frameworks and services:
- ARKit: For augmented reality and distance detection
- StoreKit: For in-app purchases and subscriptions
- Core Motion: For detecting movement and walking
- Core Haptics: For vibration feedback
These Apple services operate according to Apple's privacy policy. We don't have access to any data processed by these frameworks beyond what's necessary for the app's functionality.
4.2 Payment Processing
All payment transactions are handled by Apple through the App Store. We don't process or have access to your payment information. Subscription validation occurs through Apple's secure servers.
5. Data Security
Since Blind Radar doesn't collect or transmit any personal data, there's no risk of data breaches or unauthorized access to your information. Your privacy is protected by design.
6. Children's Privacy
Blind Radar is suitable for users of all ages. Since we don't collect any personal information, there are no special provisions needed for children's privacy.
7. Your Rights
Since we don't collect any personal data, there's no data to access, modify, or delete. You maintain complete control over the app through your device's settings:
- Revoke camera access anytime in iOS Settings
- Disable motion tracking in iOS Settings
- Delete the app to remove all locally stored preferences

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of Blind Radar after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
